How much does a seminar/workshop/presentation cost?
It depends whether the seminar/workshop/presentation is held online or in person. It also depends whether the seminar/workshop/presentation is for a non-profit organization or for a profitable company. You can find more information about the cost here.
How long is a seminar/workshop/presentation?
I can adjust the length of my seminars/workshops/presentations according to your needs. I have given 3 to 4-day workshops within the framework of a conference and I have given one-off 2-hours seminars.
What about travel costs?
In general, my travel costs should be covered by the inviting organization.
What about costs for accommodation?
If external accommodation is needed, its costs should be covered by the inviting organization.
What if I need to cancel the seminar/workshop/presentation?
Appointments are binding. If you need to cancel my services, any expenses already incurred (e.g. transportation tickets, booked hotels) should be covered by the inviting organization. I will waive my fee if you cancel at least three months ahead of the agreed-upon date. If you cancel 1-3 months before the agreed-upon date, the inviting organization is obliged to pay 50% of the agreed-upon fee. If you cancel less than 1 month before the agreed-upon date, the inviting organization is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed-upon fee. If I need to cancel my services due to unforeseen circumstances, I will cover my expenses myself and waive my fee.
Confidentiality
I undertake to maintain confidentiality toward third parties. This duty of confidentiality begins as soon as initial contact is made. Information may only be disclosed to third parties if the inviting organization has given prior consent.
